I am about half way through the game (if the opponent ladder is indication of game length) and have been really enjoying this game, combat has a good mixture of offensive and defensive maneuvers with some special abilities that can be earned with upgrades. If you enjoy these types of iOS games - this is a must buy.

I loved both of the infinity blade games- this game has to be the sleeper iOS game of the year- it is awesome and surprisingly has some depth. Console quality graphics with responsive controls. IAPs are not mandatory either. Definitely recommend.

Ok just started looks really good one concern is IAP if they are needed to play game with out having to grind an unreasonable amount then this review will fall to 1. Star if not could go up to 5 we will see

Awesome levels. The best fighting games Ive played in general, no joke.

Amazing game. Great graphics. Smooth and responsive controls. The only flaw is the small amount of content and unlockables. Add more opponents and equipment and this game would be right on par with Infinity Blade.

Let me start off by saying that Ive played this game before, when it was a WiiWare title; and it was one that I liked very much, so seeing this, especially when I didnt have my Wii (and access to the original game) anymore, and with a price of $2.99, I couldnt help but be excited about buying it and getting started. While it is a good game overall, in fact; Id probably say better than the original, except that this game crashes occasionally, especially, for me; after the fights, and it got some bugs, with one of the bosses (Nagano, the 6th boss in the game) seeming to flicker when preparing for an attack. Also, some of the abilities dont seem to work (such as the ability to regenerate energy after blocking the bosses attack). Fix these problems and Ill give it a 5.

Update deleted all my prior data! All unlocks and upgrades lost. I went from not bring able to open the 4th enemy to having hours of maxing all skills lost. Update: lost all progress so that the developers could incorporate heavy IAP. Much more grinding now required.

I have had this game for a awhile but today when I wanted to play every time it said loading when it finished it black screened and went to my home screen. Please fix this so I can play the game!

I knocked down this stupid Minotaur thing like 8 times but it kept getting up and kept saying Last Round until he finally knocked me down the third time and I lost! So Im stuck on this level forever. Some sort of glitch apparently. Really dont feel like fighting the same creature forever so Ill have to delete the game.
